Domestic Abuse Affects Too Many Lives

An estimated 1 in 3 women and 1 in 7 men will experience domestic violence at some point in their lives.


While some may believe this is a personal matter, the truth is that its impact extends into the workplace. We see it manifest in absenteeism, reduced productivity, low morale, and the emotional toll it takes on employees, colleagues, and our culture.  


At Employers Against Domestic Abuse Alliance, we believe that every employee deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered, both at home and at work. That's why we founded our company and created the Safe Place Workplace Program to address the effects of domestic abuse in the workplace.
