An estimated 1 in 3 women and 1 in 7 men will experience domestic violence at some point in their lives.
While some may believe this is a personal matter, the truth is that its impact extends into the workplace. We see it manifest in absenteeism, reduced productivity, low morale, and the emotional toll it takes on employees, colleagues, and our culture.
At Employers Against Domestic Abuse Alliance, we believe that every employee deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered, both at home and at work. That's why we founded our company and created the Safe Place Workplace Program to address the effects of domestic abuse in the workplace.
Our mission is to equip employers with the resources, guidance, and support needed to address domestic abuse in the workplace. Through education, advocacy, and practical tools, we help organizations create safe, informed, and compassionate environments where employees affected by domestic abuse can find support and stability.
A future where every workplace feels like a haven from domestic abuse, where people are believed, supported, and can thrive without fear or stigma.
