A Foundation of Leadership and Passion
The people who serve on The Alliance Board of Directors did not arrive here by accident. They come from backgrounds in human resources and organizational leadership, and every one of them has a personal reason for caring deeply about this work. They understand what it means to sit across from an employee who is struggling, and they understand what it means to want to do something about it. Their experience guides us, and their hearts keep us grounded.

He is honored to support the Alliance’s mission and contribute to efforts that make a meaningful difference within the community.
