Depending on your membership level, that commitment comes with resources, training, hands-on implementation support, and workplace accreditation. Every member receives a digital membership badge and access to a growing network of employers doing this work seriously.

Yes. Our Advocate Member level is completely free and requires no commitment beyond a shared belief that employers have a role to play in addressing domestic abuse. You’ll receive access to The Alliance’s Employer’s Toolkit, a free Domestic Abuse Awareness Policy template, training template, a getting-started roadmap and checklist, monthly newsletter, digital membership badge, and invitations to our online webinars. It’s a meaningful place to start and a genuine resource, not a trial.

The Safe Place Workplace Accreditation is a formal designation that includes a digital badge for your company website that demonstrates your organization has met The Alliance’s standards for creating a safe, informed, and responsive workplace for employees affected by domestic abuse. Accreditation is included as part of the Champion Employer membership tier and involves customized implementation support from The Alliance team.
